My team members are really great. They've helped make me feel comfortable around the office and helped me significantly with my training/development. It's also been great starting with all the other grads. We are all in the same situation, so it's great to be able to relate. The amenities are also superb.
I love the culture and how inviting everyone is. The training given is great and makes most tasks easy to understand and complete.
I love the work that I do and the projects my team gets.
The culture, social opportunities and fulfilled training programs.
Graduate programs started a little bit late. It would be better if we could start earlier.
Currently, my biggest con is the time it takes me to commute to the office (this obviously is not SW's fault). It ends up being about a 13-hour day from door to door
The graduate program may be improved by offering rotation.
Sometimes lots of work.
Some long hours during the busy season, but the team are always supportive and will help.
