Gain hands-on experience in AV project integration, collaborating with diverse teams to design, install, and maintain AV systems in a dynamic environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, property managers, construction managers, and contractors to understand project scope and objectives
- Support monitoring and tracking of assigned project progress and proactively address issues
- Coordinate vendors and contractors; review proposals, invoices, and payment applications within budget
- Assist with physical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of AV systems
- Maintain project documentation, system drawings, programming files, inventory, and related files
- Ensure high quality control on AV systems and equipment to prevent downstream issues
- Research and implement new AV technologies through testing and prototyping before execution
About You

- Strong attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience with Crestron hardware or general AV experience
- Preferred: Experience with CAD software
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
