Audio Visual Integration Intern (Jun 2026)

Gain hands-on experience in AV project integration, collaborating with diverse teams to design, install, and maintain AV systems in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, property managers, construction managers, and contractors to understand project scope and objectives
• Support monitoring and tracking of assigned project progress and proactively address issues
• Coordinate vendors and contractors; review proposals, invoices, and payment applications within budget
• Assist with physical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of AV systems
• Maintain project documentation, system drawings, programming files, inventory, and related files
• Ensure high quality control on AV systems and equipment to prevent downstream issues
• Research and implement new AV technologies through testing and prototyping before execution

About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience with Crestron hardware or general AV experience
• Preferred: Experience with CAD software
• Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
