ATC Salesforce Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join Accenture as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce.com applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Work onsite 3 days a week with clients, partners, or in Accenture offices and delivery centers to enable collaboration and cultivate client relationships.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field by December 2025.
• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer is a plus (1 year preferred).
• Understanding of software development and testing, programming, database management, data migrations, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization is preferable.
• Strong eagerness to learn and build technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
