Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
  • Operate effectively in a regulated environment, focusing on protecting capital markets and the investing public.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to provide reliable auditing services.
  • Work across various industries including Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Real Estate, Automotive and Transportation, and Financial Services.
  • Collaborate with the Japanese Business Services team to connect clients’ needs with EY’s global capabilities.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Have or be working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
  • Meet minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in your work state before full-time employment and have a plan to pass the CPA exam.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese, with strong professional communication skills in both languages.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours and travel as required by client and project needs.
  • Strong academic record with relevant coursework preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a driver’s license is strongly recommended.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range in the US: $36.00–$45.19, based on education, location, and market data.
