Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
- Operate effectively in a regulated environment, focusing on protecting capital markets and the investing public.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to provide reliable auditing services.
- Share value-added insights discovered through data analysis with clients.
- Participate in structured, skills-based experiences (“expeditions”) across Assurance and Tax service lines within various sectors and account types.
About You
The company is looking for:
- A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with a strong academic record.
- Meeting minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in the base office state prior to full-time employment and a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam.
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- For Government & Public Sector focus: U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher within the designated timeframe.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours and travel as required by client and project needs.
- Access to reliable transportation; a driver’s license is strongly recommended.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $36.00-$48.08 per hour (US), based on education, location, and market data.
