Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Joining a client service team and taking ownership of a workstream.
• Solving tough challenges for influential organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and startups.
• Delivering solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change.
• Collaborating with clients and McKinsey colleagues to uncover challenges and create actionable plans.
• Combining research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights.
• Helping clients solve problems, refine strategies, and implement transformations.
• Equipping clients with tools and knowledge for continued innovation and improvement.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

• An advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to initiate and complete tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills in English and local office languages.
• Proficiency in rational decision-making based on data and logical reasoning.
• Ability to create work product-focused materials, such as PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
• Exceptional time management skills in a complex work environment.
• Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours and travel to various environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated salary range: $192,000 USD - $192,000 USD in the U.S. and $200,000 CAD - $200,000 CAD in Canada.
