Associate, Test Systems Engineer (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Test Systems Engineer to lead test process design, root cause analysis, and corrective actions supporting national security technology solutions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Own the test process including concept, design, root cause analysis, and corrective action
• Collaborate with Design and Systems Engineering to become a subject matter expert
• Create and maintain test procedures and product-related technical information
• Improve test yield through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
• Facilitate transition of products from design to production with Engineering
• Provide input to product life cycle management and organizational vision
• Manage Test Engineering development projects and mentor less experienced engineers
• Provide technical test consultation internally and to contract manufacturers or customers
• Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions with outside organizations
• Evaluate contract manufacturers’ capabilities
• Participate in product design reviews and support manufacturing floor to resolve production issues
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed

About You

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Ability to obtain security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Preferred: Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
• Clearance is preferred
