Associate, Manufacturing Engineer (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to implement manufacturing plans, develop strategies, and support new product releases in Malabar, FL.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
• Design, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes
• Interface with engineering to coordinate the release of new products
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations

About You

The company is looking for:

• Applicants pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree within the last 12 months in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint
