Associate, Integration & Test Engineer (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Integration & Test Engineer to support hardware/software testing and system integration.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test, including software loading on multiple devices
• Assisting in design, development, and implementation of cost-effective testing and troubleshooting procedures for components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems
• Supporting development of test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation
• Documenting testing issues and failures and performing analysis of test results
• Supporting formal systems acceptance testing activities
• Presenting test strategies, plans, and results to internal and external customers
• Supporting failure investigation activities and failure review board (FRB) meetings

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Preferred knowledge of communications systems, software languages, automated software testing, networks, network security, power systems, antennas, RF, and/or mechanical design and analysis
• Desired skills include requirements analysis and verification, software scripting, and use of automated testing frameworks and applications
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range in New Jersey: $67,000 - $123,500 (final offer varies by experience and location)
