Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation includes a monthly base salary of $9,000 and Bain’s comprehensive benefits package. Bain pays 100% of individual employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision programs.

Training & Development:

The internship begins with one week of training, followed by real case team experience to develop consulting skills.

Career Progression:

Successful interns may receive invitations for interviews or offers to join as associate consultants.
