Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in an immersive internship with broad exposure to the management consulting industry
• Be staffed on one of Bain’s case teams
• Perform real work interfacing with clients

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current bachelor’s or master’s students with one full summer left before graduation
• High motivation levels and outstanding interpersonal skills
• All disciplines and degrees are welcome
• On track to graduate by June 2027 (if applicable for your office)
• Submission of resume/CV (Word doc or PDF), educational background, work experience, and relevant test scores (if applicable)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly base salary of $9,000 for U.S. applicants
• Comprehensive benefits package including 100% paid individual employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision programs
• Compensation varies by location and factors such as experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level

Career Progression

• Successful internship may lead to invitation for interviews or an offer to join as an associate consultant
