Associate Consultant Internship (Start ASAP)

Join Bain's internship program to gain consulting experience and business strategy skills with a chance for a full-time offer.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Work on a case team, managing a distinct project aspect
• Interview clients' customers, competitors, suppliers, and employers
• Own and identify information sources, gather and interpret data
• Execute analysis to translate data into meaningful insights
• Present findings to case team members and client stakeholders

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong academic background and analytical skills
• High motivation levels and outstanding interpersonal skills
• All disciplines/degrees are welcome
• Must be on track to graduate by June 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly base salary of $9,000 in the U.S. Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision programs.

Training & Development:

Interns begin with a week of intensive training to learn core consulting skills and work alongside Bain knowledge experts.

Career Progression:

Opportunity to secure a full-time offer as an Associate Consultant upon completion of studies.
