Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst skilled in Microsoft BI tools to develop data-driven solutions supporting national security missions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Design and implement BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and integrations to facilitate data collaboration and management.
• Create custom applications and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes in MS SQL Server to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing BI systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Integrate data from various sources (databases, APIs, cloud services) and perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Able to obtain a US security clearance as needed.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Expertise in Microsoft technology stack including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS SQL, and SSRS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field within the last 12 months.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain security clearance; candidates must meet eligibility for access to classified information.
