Join 7-Eleven as a Field Operations Intern, engaging in a dynamic environment to drive results for a leading brand.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in a paid summer internship program at 7-Eleven.
- Engaging in four segments to gain exposure to all business facets.
- Interacting with Franchisees, Store Leaders, Area Leaders, Market Leaders, and Operations Support teams.
- Completing a 2-3 week in-store experience to learn operational standards.
- Attending 1 week of virtual classroom training on Area Leader roles.
- Shadowing an Area Leader to support and consult store operators.
- Completing a project assignment focused on sales and merchandising.
- Presenting a case study on project learnings.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Rising Junior, rising Senior, or graduate class standing.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong interest in working in retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of retail and management principles.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and focus on details.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $25.05 - $30.61 Hourly.
- Benefits include potential bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentives at the company's discretion.
Training & Development:
- Orientation at the Store Support Center in Irving, TX.
- Virtual classroom training and Area Leader shadow experience.
