Architect 1 (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and producing basic complexity construction contract documents using approved methods and standards.
• Preparing and producing basic complexity design presentation materials using approved methods and standards.
• Coordinating building design formulation and development of construction contract documents with architectural and engineering staff.
• Collecting background information and documentation including “as-built” data and field survey work as necessary.
• Researching construction materials, technologies, and methodologies as directed.
• Performing other duties as required.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 0 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials technologies and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), preferably AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with modeling and rendering software programs.
• Solid knowledge of basic business office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or Sketchup.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10% depending on workload and project demands.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Compensation

• Pay range: $64,189 to $105,934.
