Join Texas Instruments as an Applications Engineer Intern to collaborate with customers on innovative electronic solutions and product launches.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work directly with TI customers to identify design challenges and develop ease-of-use solutions that add value
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and product definition teams to launch new products
  • Promote TI products and provide technical solutions to customer design challenges
  • Provide technical support by reviewing designs, debugging problems, and answering customer questions
  • Support customer technical seminars and distributor training sessions
  • Spend hands-on time in TI labs to tackle problems and deliver innovative development solutions

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Bio-Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components
  • Knowledge of analog circuitry such as op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.
  • Preferred experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, soldering, and debugging skills
  • Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions
  • Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery
  • Ability to build lasting, influential relationships inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Initiative and drive for results
  • Ability to influence decisions with urgency and competitive drive
