Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Act as single-threaded owner for project planning and execution
- Coordinate cross-team resources and partnerships
- Drive strategic process development
- Manage complex multi-organizational projects
- Communicate business initiatives
- Build stakeholder consensus
- Prioritize process improvements
- Conduct data analysis for project decisions
About You
The company is looking for:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
- Available to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week summer internship between May and September 2026
- Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze large datasets and create dashboards/visualizations
- Ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Strong time management skills
- Customer obsession, trust-building, high standards, and innovative thinking in aviation/transportation
- Must be open to relocation to Erlanger, KY and able to work in-office 5 days per week
- No visa sponsorship available for this role
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate of $29.50/hr, varying by market location and experience

How to Apply
