Lead product strategy and execution for Cisco’s AI-powered solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI and LLM-powered features.
- Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate model capabilities into product features.
- Identify and validate high-impact AI/ML application opportunities with internal and external partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to ensure product delivery and market adoption.
- Define, track, and report key product metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
- Promote responsible AI practices, ethical considerations, and data privacy throughout product development.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree completed within the past 3 years or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months in relevant fields such as Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Economics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Industrial Design.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or SQL.
- Experience with AI and machine learning models.
- Preferred: Previous internship or work experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in technology companies.
- Preferred: Published research or industry contributions.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, market research, competitive analysis, or strategic planning.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for New York City Metro Area and non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $44,000 - $185,000.
