Join Honeywell as an Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Intern to design and develop innovative aerospace products and systems within a global engineering team.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Envision, design, and develop aerospace products and systems as part of an integrated engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with Honeywell engineering teams to create solutions that meet evolving customer needs
  • Participate in all phases of product development
  • Contribute expertise to ensure the success of engineering projects and programs

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university
  • Expected graduation date December 2026 or later
  • Must continue enrollment in the degree program after internship completion
  • Validated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee)
  • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment
  • Ability to clearly convey complex messages appropriate to the audience
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Good verbal and written social skills
  • Experience with design tools such as Mathcad or Matlab

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $20.00/hr - $42.00/hr, based on role scope, experience, education, skills, and market factors
  • Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if the assigned work location is 50 miles or more from the current residence (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada)
