Join Honeywell Aerospace Development Program to gain hands-on experience in supply chain rotations and support critical material planning and operations.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in job rotations across various functional roles and locations within Honeywell Aerospace’s integrated supply chain.
- Execute activities related to material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions.
- Ensure correct supply levels to keep production lines moving by scheduling, evaluating, and delivering materials accurately and on time.
- Assist in resolving material-related issues caused by supply problems, inventory errors, or demand changes.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams such as planning, operations, and quality to support customer responsiveness and program achievements.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business from an accredited college or university.
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and available to begin full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026.
- Degree obtained within 12 months of the start date.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status due to export control compliance.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and willingness to relocate.
- Ability to participate in an internship prior to degree completion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500.
