Join Honeywell Aerospace Development Program to gain hands-on experience in supply chain rotations and support critical material planning and operations.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Participate in job rotations across various functional roles and locations within Honeywell Aerospace’s integrated supply chain.
  • Execute activities related to material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions.
  • Ensure correct supply levels to keep production lines moving by scheduling, evaluating, and delivering materials accurately and on time.
  • Assist in resolving material-related issues caused by supply problems, inventory errors, or demand changes.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams such as planning, operations, and quality to support customer responsiveness and program achievements.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and available to begin full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026.
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status due to export control compliance.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Demonstrated academic excellence and willingness to relocate.
  • Ability to participate in an internship prior to degree completion.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate Honeywell Behaviors: getting results, advocating change, fostering teamwork, effective speaking, and integrative thinking.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500.

Training & Development

The Aerospace Development Program offers job rotations to provide deep comprehension of the end-to-end integrated supply chain and exposure to various functional roles within Honeywell Aerospace.

Upon completion of the rotations, participants secure a position within Honeywell Aerospace, gaining experience to advance in Supply Chain career paths.
