Join Honeywell’s Aerospace Development Program to develop health, safety, and environmental engineering skills through diverse rotational experiences.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Conduct industrial hygiene tasks including air and noise sampling, exposure assessments, and Right-to-Know board updates.
  • Perform safety engineering activities such as incident investigations, ergonomics assessments, contractor safety audits, and RCCA facilitation.
  • Support environmental compliance efforts including wastewater management, hazardous waste handling, and sustainability programs.
  • Contribute to HSE Management Systems (HSEMS) by developing MOS, preparing for audits, and driving continuous improvement projects.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026, with availability to begin full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026.
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or asylum/refugee status due to export control laws.
  • Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HSE management systems and tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 to $126,500.

Training & Development
