Join Honeywell Aerospace Development Program to gain hands-on experience in engineering and supply chain roles, driving innovation in aerospace.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Participate in job rotations across Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering functions to gain broad understanding of aerospace end-to-end processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
  • Identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities to add value and expertise.
  • Support development and execution of health, safety, and environmental strategies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated (Dec 2025 - Jun 2026) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university.
  • Available to begin full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026.
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of start date.
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status due to U.S. export control laws.
  • No current or future sponsorship requirements for employment authorization.
  • Preferred qualifications include Greenbelt/DFSS certification, mechanical engineering experience, project management skills, cause identification/FMEA experience, and working knowledge of SAP/HOS.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and eagerness for hands-on work.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 - $126,500.

The program offers undergraduate rotations through various functional jobs and locations to develop future Honeywell leaders in Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering.
