Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in job rotations across Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering functions to gain broad understanding of aerospace end-to-end processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods and processes for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
- Identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities to add value and expertise.
- Support development and execution of health, safety, and environmental strategies and programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated (Dec 2025 - Jun 2026) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a similar field from an accredited college or university.
- Available to begin full-time work between January 2026 and August 2026.
- Degree obtained within 12 months of start date.
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status due to U.S. export control laws.
- No current or future sponsorship requirements for employment authorization.
- Preferred qualifications include Greenbelt/DFSS certification, mechanical engineering experience, project management skills, cause identification/FMEA experience, and working knowledge of SAP/HOS.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and eagerness for hands-on work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 - $126,500.
