Join Honeywell’s Aerospace Development Program Summer 2026 Internship to gain hands-on engineering experience and contribute to aerospace innovation.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist production and operations to successfully execute deliveries to customers
  • Drive process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Work with world-class engineers on new aerospace technology
  • Provide engineering assistance as needed
  • Interact with various levels of management to achieve internship objectives
  • Present project outcomes to executive management at the end of the internship

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Expected degree completion between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to participate in the internship prior to degree completion
  • Start date within 12 months of the highest education completed
  • U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee due to export control laws
  • Authorization to work legally in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Demonstrated academic excellence
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly base salary range: $20.00/hr - $42.00/hr
  • Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if the assigned work location is 50 miles or more away (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada)
