Join Adobe’s AEM Customer Engineering team to develop tools, solve technical issues, and support enterprise digital experiences.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Learn AEM’s technology stack—from authoring to publishing, backend (Sling, OSGi, Oak) to frontend frameworks (HTL, React).
  • Design and develop internal tools and automations to help Customer Engineering streamline diagnostics and support workflows.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and building practical solutions.
  • Solve and investigate AEM issues, learning debugging techniques used in enterprise environments.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and wikis to support continuous information flow.
  • Engage in team discussions and standups, learning agile workflows and customer support methodologies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to understand cross functional operations.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September.
  • Technical skills including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
  • Knowledge of languages such as Java or Python with understanding of object-oriented principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $30.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.

Training & Development

  • Hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Manager’s modern cloud stack and enterprise Content Management Systems.
  • Opportunity to work closely with AEM experts and grow technical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
