Merrill Wealth Management seeks a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor to provide holistic financial advice and client relationship management in a centralized, phone-based role.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated training and exams
- Providing holistic financial advice and guidance to clients via phone, identifying investment, savings, and liability management solutions
- Building and managing client relationships with affluent and high net worth clients
- Reviewing client investment goals and preparing aligned investment recommendations
- Collaborating with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Merrill and Bank of America products and services
- Delivering client reviews and presentations confidently
- Applying regulatory due diligence and prioritizing client interests in all activities
- Working within a centralized team as part of the Advisor Development Program
About You
The company is looking for candidates who:
- Display confidence in a sales role and build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, effective time management, and a results-driven approach
- Identify appropriate client solutions by applying learnings and new information
- Apply relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and/or have at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired)
- Learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meet SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations, including background checks and maintaining registration
