Join Oracle’s Global Industry Unit as a Software Engineer Intern to design, build, and test innovative cloud applications across diverse industries.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Design and build innovative new systems from the ground up using Oracle Cloud technology.
  • Write code, complete programming projects, and perform testing and debugging of Oracle software.
  • Work on cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world problems in a collaborative, agile environment.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or equivalent science/engineering field and returning to the program after internship completion.
  • Proficient in at least two of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
  • Completed coursework, projects, internships, or research in at least three of these areas: Artificial Intelligence, Algorithms, Big Data, Data Structures, Database, Machine Learning, Object-Oriented Programming, Software Programming, Web/Mobile Development, Micro-Services Architecture, Container Architecture (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), User Interface Design.
  • Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience in relevant technical areas.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $19.62 to $53.00; annual equivalent: $40,800 to $110,240.
