Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving Adobe’s subscription services portfolio, including Ultimate Success, Integrated Services, and Premium Learning Subscription.
- Assist in defining and refining service features, customer journeys, and value propositions for subscription-based success programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to co-develop and iterate on service elements and enablement assets.
- Support prioritization and planning of service features and internal optimizations to enhance delivery quality and customer outcomes.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled full-time in an MBA program with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Availability for a full-time internship from May to September 2026.
- Strong interest in product management, go-to-market functions, or subscription-based service design.
- Ability to translate customer needs into structured ideas and testable hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills for clear idea presentation and cross-team collaboration.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude with a drive to learn, contribute, and take initiative.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $37.00 to $50.00, varying by U.S. geographic market.
- Hybrid work model with co-location between assigned office and home for collaboration and support.
