Develop expertise in account processing by verifying information, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing workflow efficiency at Interactive Brokers!

Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications.
  • Review documentation related to new accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for account approval and maintenance.
  • Cross-reference databases to ensure AML and KYC compliance before account opening.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Correspond with clients, sales representatives, and client service representatives.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 registrations (IBKR will sponsor if job-related)
  • Excellent communication skills; multi-language fluency is a plus, with a special need for Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task.
  • Self-organization and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
