Account Analyst Entry (Start ASAP)

Medpace seeks entry-level finance/accounting professionals to develop project budgets and proposals in a clinical CRO environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Develop fee estimates for RFPs, budget revisions, and contract amendments
• Provide financial input for RFIs and coordinate information with Medpace personnel
• Ensure bids meet customer expectations and specific requirements
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Medpace bid process
• Review proposal text assumptions for consistency with fee estimates
• Communicate with customers to ensure project expectations are met
• Track project performance against budget and notify clients of potential issues
• Review invoices and financial reports before sponsor receipt
• Generate and process new contracts; monitor changes in scope, invoicing, and contract modifications
• Maintain and update bid preparation templates and boilerplate text
• Perform other assigned projects and responsibilities

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
